We would like to share some news with you. We are exiting our relationship with GPS so this will mean some changes for you. Please take note of the below information which will affect your card account.

With effect from 30 June 2023, you will no longer be able to spend any funds on your GPS card or undertake any further transactions on the account.

From that date {30/6/2023}, you may redeem any unexpired funds in your account by contacting our Customer Service team at +44 844 7744 277. Please note that you will be required to provide updated Proof of ID and Proof of Address. Upon receipt of your updated identification, EML will initiate a replacement card, where possible, to be dispatched to the provided address. If you contact us and a replacement card cannot be provided, then we will work with you to arrange an alternative means of redemption.

Flex-e-card will collect personal information for the purposes detailed within this policy or those purposes contained within our Data Protection Statement.

2.2. Providing customer services;

2.3. Processing payments;

2.4. Activating gift cards;

2.5. Managing gift clubs and group gifting;

2.6. Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations;

2.7. Responding to complaints;

2.8. Providing marketing information relating to our business;

2.9. Identifying our customers;

2.10. Providing marketing information to the owner or operator of the shopping centre affiliated to your gift card, where you have agreed to this; and

2.11. Providing the services available via our website(s).

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that is held about you, and you may receive this in accordance with our Subject Access Request Procedure.

Our websites are hosted by Global Processing Services Limited and payments are processed via Commidea and SagePay. We share your information with the issuer of the gift card where necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

3.Your Consent

Except in those cases where your personal data is used for marketing purposes by Flex-e-card, your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have expressly provided your permission, nor will it be shared with third parties unconnected with Flex-e-card or the issuer of the gift card that you have purchased.

4.How Does Flex-e-card Protect Customer Details?

When you place orders we use a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input using current secure standards before it is sent to us. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose personal information to you.

5.Do We Use Cookies?

Flex-e-card uses cookies during the order process to track your order progress and to provide the best possible levels of customer service. Although our websites will work if you elect to disable our cookies, doing so may result in restrictions to functionality.

6.Will Flex-e-card Disclose the Data it Collects to Third Parties?

With your consent we may share your information with the owner or operator of the shopping centre affiliated to your gift card. You can opt out of this at any time by sending an E – mail to privacy@flex-e-card.com. By default your information is not shared externally.

We use other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. These include:

6.1. Fulfilling orders;

6.2. Delivering packages;

6.3. Sending postal mail and E – mails;

6.4. Processing payments;

6.5. Hosting our websites;

6.6. Verifying your identity;

6.7. Providing marketing assistance; and

6.8. Analysing data.

All data is processed in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation. Flex-e-card does not transfer any of your information outside of the European Economic Area and all of our locations are subject to European Data Protection law.

If we decide to change our Website Privacy Policy, we will post the changes on the website so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. Any changes shall only apply to personal information collected after the website has been updated and will not be applied retrospectively.
